Join us in making a difference in the lives of our patients and the community Daily Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients Conduct manual therapy techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and self-care techniques Document patient progress and maintain accurate records Required Skills: Doctorate or Masters degree in Physical Therapy Experience in inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation settings Proficiency in treatment planning and care planning Strong knowledge of therapeutic interventions and exercise techniques BLS certification and licensure in Physical Therapy Nice to Have Skills: Experience in acute care and discharge planning Specialization in orthopedic diagnosis and pain management Company Information: Amber Hill Therapy Centers provides a comprehensive range of physical and occupational therapy services for both adults and children, specializing in conditions such as arthritis, back pain, sports injuries, and pediatric disorders.
