Structured Finance Client Administrator

Location: This is a hybrid role and can be filled in Baltimore MD, Minneapolis MN, Chicago IL, or Wilmington DE.
Position Overview:
This role supports most aspects of Global Capital Markets trust or entity administration and servicing of high-net-worth private and institutional clients. You'll work with less experienced account managers with limited supervision and may serve as administrator for medium to large and/or highly complex clients. You'll be a daily point of contact for client administration and manage transactions, distributions, terminations, and account setup.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Oversee client relationships and make recommendations for internal business activities.
- Assist account representatives in revenue-generating activities and meetings.
- Implement client strategies daily and manage relationships with assigned client base.
- Make service recommendations to improve client experience and resolve inquiries.
- Partner with internal and external service teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain strong knowledge of industry news and internal corporate policies.
- Minimize risk by applying appropriate controls.
- Provide support to team members.
- Adhere to regulatory standards and escalate risk-related issues as needed.
- 1-3+ years of experience in trust administration, structured finance, or a related financial services role.
- Strong knowledge of structured finance products (ABS/MBS) and financial servicing procedures.
- Proficiency with Excel and ability to work with financial data and templates.
- Understanding of fiduciary standards, regulatory policies, and capital markets operations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interactions.
- Familiarity with account onboarding, cash processing, trade execution, and corporate actions preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
Pay Range: $28-$34+/hr
