Overview

We are seeking Business Analysts for future opportunities across various departments. As a Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will gather requirements, analyze processes, and recommend improvements, ensuring solutions align with business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with high-level executives or leaders to understand the company's needs and priorities
  • Collect business data and perform analysis to discover areas for improvement
  • Evaluate business processes or conduct other research, such as surveys, to identify potential issues
  • Give presentations to senior managers or executives to explain their analysis and make recommendations
  • Produce written reports detailing their data analysis
  • Provide guidance or training as needed to help companies implement their recommended changes
  • Gather data to evaluate the impact of those changes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, marketing, or operations management or related field
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Ability to create clear and concise documentation, reports, and business requirements.
  • Familiarity with modeling techniques and tools like BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).
  • Understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, identify patterns, and develop effective solutions
