Key Responsibilities as a Service Team Member:
- Deliver an exceptional dining experience to guests by greeting them, serving food, and processing payments at the cash register.
- Maintain cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere throughout the store.
- Adhere to operational standards and safety procedures to ensure the delivery of fresh and high-quality food.
- Thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with flexibility to work at various positions including front counter, drive-through, and kitchen.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily goals in a fun and positive setting.

Minimum Qualifications:
- A friendly, helpful demeanor as a team member.
- Prior operations experience is a plus.
- High school education or equivalent.
- Food Handler certification may be required, which is obtained at your expense based on local regulations.
Work Environment:
This role requires standing for extended periods and working in a fast-paced environment which may include hot and noisy conditions. Employees will have responsibilities that include preparing both hot and cold foods, as well as safely using kitchen equipment. Team members must be adaptable to changing priorities and efficiently manage customer interactions.
