Overview
Sedaro is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to architect our workflow orchestration system. Proliferating satellite constellations require optimization studies involving unprecedented scale and complexity. You will design and build the knowledge engine to unlock this scale.
- Team: Workflows, reporting to the Director of Engineering
- Location: In person in Arlington, VA
- U.S. Citizen or permanent resident status required
Our cloud-native simulation platform enables digital mission engineering through distributed, scalable, faster than real-time analyses across hundreds of interacting systems. Our system is built on Rust, Python, and Kubernetes to drive performance across clouds. - 6+ years of professional experience in software engineering
- Experience with event-driven architectures
- Experience with relational and key-value databases
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, containerization, terraform

- Proficiency in at least one server-side programming language
- Experience leading incident response and root cause analysis
