Location: Bloomington, Minnesota
Schedule: Full-time, leadership role with on-call responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Drive clinical excellence and ensure the highest quality care by overseeing all nursing operations
- Lead, mentor, and inspire nursing staff to thrive personally and professionally
- Oversee resident care planning, compliance, and regulatory adherence, championing person-centered care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance safety, well-being, and satisfaction for residents and families
- Set and implement strategic goals that elevate our care standards and organizational culture
- Manage staffing, budgets, and clinical resources effectively while promoting a positive and innovative work environment
- Serve as a role model for ethical leadership, professionalism, and continuous learning
- Be the visionary leader who elevates The Geneva Suites as a benchmark for compassionate, individualized care
- Current RN licensure in Minnesota with a strong clinical background
- Proven leadership experience as DON or equivalent in assisted living, long-term care, or memory care settings
- Passion for person-centered care and innovation in nursing practice
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to build and sustain strong teams, foster collaboration, and mentor staff at all levels
- Proficiency with healthcare technology and electronic medical records
- Commitment to regulatory compliance and quality improvement
