Job Description:
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Answer emails and chat with efficiency
- Follow communication "scripts" when handling different types of calls
- Engage with field offices
- Continuously monitor appointment paperwork and proactively solve issues.
- Process paperwork quickly and efficiently.
- 1-year of experience in a call center or similar work environment
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- High energy and excellent attitude
- Team environment
- Organized, self-starter; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
