Requirements

  • Personal Time Off (PTO) for vacations, holidays, illnesses: accrued based on hours worked up to 248 hours per year.

  • Health Savings Account (HSA): Interclypse contributes to the employee's HSA account on a bi-weekly basis up to $750 for individuals and $1,500 for employee plus coverage on the BlueChoice HMO HSA or BlueChoice Advantage HSA plans.
