Join our Business Configuration Solutions team to drive member benefit configuration strategies Design, implement, and execute configurations, leading projects to enhance our toolsets. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for large Government Implementations (Medicaid, Medicare) and partner with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- SQL Query building and Data Analysis/Validation.
- Documenting requirements and executing testing (Business Analyst role).
- Fit/Gap Analysis.
- Collaborate on configuration roadmaps.
salary: $52 - $57.15 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
• Serve as a subject matter expert representing the Configuration workstream for large Government Implementations for Medicaid, Med/Surgical, and Medicare programs.
• Provide Data Analysis and troubleshooting expertise on Configuration tool sets with automated processes.
• Prepare data for analysis by removing duplicates, errors, and outliers and perform data validation. Should be able to build SQL queries to pull backend data based on configuration need.
• Serve as a Business Analyst documenting requirements, process flows, and execute testing for enhancements to improve the automation toolset for Configuration.
