Sr. Oracle EBS Projects Business Analyst

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Projects Business Analyst with at least 10 years of experience in Projects Billing and Costing modules, as well as a thorough understanding of Financials and Manufacturing modules in Oracle EBS. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, and designing, and implementing solutions to support project accounting and financial management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Develop and configure Oracle EBS Projects Billing and Costing modules to support business processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize requirements and manage expectations.
• Conduct functional testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for implemented solutions.
• Develop training materials and provide training to end-users.
• Provide post-implementation support and maintenance for Oracle EBS Projects Billing and Costing modules.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to project accounting and financial management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience as an Oracle EBS Business Analyst, with a focus on Projects Billing and Costing modules.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS Projects, Financials, and Manufacturing modules.
• Experience in developing and implementing solutions to support project accounting and financial management processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Oracle EBS certifications preferred.
