We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry Level Communications Coordinator. This position is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their career in communications and public relations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and a desire to engage with various audiences through effective communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and development of engaging content for various platforms, including social media, newsletters, and the company website.
  • Support the planning and execution of communication campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage and social media engagement metrics to inform future strategies.
  • Coordinate with different departments to gather information for communications-related projects and documents.
  • Help maintain and update organizational communication materials to ensure brand consistency.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic understanding of digital marketing.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic design software is a plus.
