We are looking for a highly skilled AWS AI Ops Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting a scalable AWS infrastructure platform that powers AI and machine learning workloads. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with AWS AI/ML tools, including Amazon Bedrock, AWS CloudWatch, and Xray, as well as experience with observability tools such as Moogsoft, BigPanda, and Splunk.

Key Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in AWS infrastructure or 6+ years with a master’s degree.

  • Strong background in designing, building, and monitoring AWS infrastructure to support AI/ML solutions.

  • Proficiency with AI/ML implementations and model deployment in AWS.

  • Solid understanding of cloud systems management, infrastructure-as-code tools, and systems architecture.

  • Familiarity with networking, security, and ensuring high availability of cloud infrastructure.

  • AWS certifications are highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Architect, develop, and enhance scalable AWS infrastructures to support machine learning and AI workloads.

  • Implement and ensure best practices for AWS cloud architecture, security, and performance.

  • Integrate and configure key AWS services like AWS SageMaker, AWS Lambda, and Amazon Bedrock.

  • Automate the deployment of AI services across the platform and continuously monitor performance, security, and health using tools like AWS CloudWatch and AWS Security Hub.

  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and support tenant workloads as they scale within the AWS environment.

  • Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimization solutions to improve infrastructure efficiency.

  • Implement updates, patches, and enhancements to maintain the security and reliability of the platform.

  • Develop automation scripts to streamline infrastructure management and enhance operational efficiency.
