Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking to mobilize a highly skilled Salesforce Architect with strong experience in Salesforce platform architecture and Mulesoft integration. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of hands-on Salesforce expertise, relevant certifications, and exceptional communication skills. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, so strong presentation and interpersonal abilities are critical.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce architecture and solution design
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect preferred)
- Strong experience with Mulesoft integrations
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient Salesforce solutions
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
- Must be local to Boston / New England area
- Define and design Salesforce architecture for enterprise-scale implementations
- Lead solutioning efforts and guide development teams
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to align requirements and solutions
- Oversee integration strategies, particularly with Mulesoft and external systems
- Ensure adherence to best practices, data security and platform performance standards
