Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled System Support Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our licensing and regulatory systems. The ideal candidate will excel in providing support and managing system changes, ensuring seamless operations and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Address and resolve all routine LARS and Zendesk support tickets with a 100% response rate within one business day and closure within three business days.
  • Complete requests for password resets, status changes, new users, and workflow reassignments within 3 business days.
  • Ensure all communication and time spent on non-HRB tickets are documented in ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate with the LARS Application Coordinator to gather accurate requirements for configuration requests.
  • Provide a timeline for requested changes and keep relevant stakeholders updated on progress.
  • Coordinate with Application Trainer or STS QA Resources to complete appropriate testing.
  • Document all modifications to the Licensure and Regulation System (LARS) in the Application Change Log and store supporting documentation in SharePoint.
  • Maintain a professional, organized, and up-to-date log of system changes.
Required Skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to assist users and resolve system-related inquiries promptly.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration with various teams.
  • Proficiency in professional documentation and reporting of system changes.
  • Understanding of IT support workflows and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Familiarity with licensure processes and regulatory requirements within healthcare or government agencies.
  • Experience with platforms such as Zendesk, LARS, and ServiceNow for ticketing and workflow management.
  • Ability to configure system settings, user permissions, and automated workflows.
  • Strong skills in data management and documentation within SharePoint.
