As a Principal Electrical Engineer, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team developing precision vacuum pressure measurement instruments for markets such as semiconductor, medical, and industrial equipment. Key responsibilities include product development, performance analysis, and roadmap planning for future improvements. This is a hands-on role with strong growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply deep knowledge of sensors and instrumentation to identify performance limitations and design new architectures and circuits.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support resolution efforts.
  • Develop and launch new vacuum sensing products that offer advantages in performance, cost, and size.
  • Serve as a core member of cross-functional product teams, leading electronics development and release.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Strong background in low-noise electronics and precision sensors.
  • Experience with embedded microprocessors and multidisciplinary product development.
  • Proven ability in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Broad technical expertise across electronics, firmware, mechanical systems, and sensors.
  • Hands-on engineering capabilities, including test development and execution.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing systems, documentation control, BOM structures, and ECO processes.
  • Self-motivated with a strong customer and product focus; effective team collaborator.
  • Preferred experience in sensors and instrumentation, vacuum systems, or semiconductor capital equipment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable leading technical discussions.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering with 6+ years of experience; advanced degree preferred.
