Client Solutions Specialist, Recruitment and Business Development

- Salary: $75K-$90K (on-target $120K-$140K)
SUMMARY:
- This is a hybrid full-desk Client Solutions Specialist role combining recruiting and business development. You will act as both a trusted talent advisor and a business partner - sourcing top candidates while also prospecting and securing client relationships. This entrepreneurial position requires strong sales acumen, recruiting expertise, and the ability to deliver results on both sides of the placement process
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruiting (Candidate-Facing) 60-65%
- Source, recruit, and interview candidates across technology and business functions
- Leverage job boards, networking, referrals, and social media to identify high-quality talent
- Match candidates to client needs, ensuring skill alignment, cultural fit, and long-term success
- Maintain ongoing relationships with placed candidates to support retention and satisfaction
- Resolve candidate and client-related issues efficiently
- Manage candidate pipelines effectively
- Develop recruiting systems and processes to add value
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and industry events
- Conduct outreach to C-level executives and hiring managers via phone, video, and virtual meetings
- Build long-term client relationships by understanding staffing needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Negotiate contracts and manage client accounts to ensure successful service delivery
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly client development goals
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
- Dual Skillset: Ability to recruit top talent and sell staffing solutions
- Sales & Negotiation: Track record in business-to-business development and contract negotiation
- Recruitment Expertise: Strong understanding of staffing processes, sourcing strategies, and compliance
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills to influence, persuade, and build trust
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Resilience: Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to exceed goals
- CRM Experience: Proficiency with CRMs, preferably Salesforce
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 2+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or full-desk business development
- IT or technology-related recruiting/sales experience is a plus
- Demonstrated success in achieving business development and recruiting targets
- Firm understanding of staffing, including roles such as Stock Plan Administrator or Stock Plan Professional
