Senior Consultant - Healthcare AI and Intelligent Automation

Join Infosys Consulting as a Senior Consultant specializing in Intelligent Automation within the healthcare sector. This leadership role seeks a dynamic professional with extensive experience in healthcare consulting and a passion for AI and Automation to drive innovative solutions in our growing healthcare practice.

About the Role:

As part of our Intelligent Automation team, you will play a pivotal role in transforming healthcare organizations through AI-driven business solutions. Your expertise will help clients in both payer and provider sectors navigate the complexities of digital transformation, allowing for faster, smarter, and scalable outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to and lead workstreams in consulting project delivery, while also assisting in offerings and staff development to ensure the success of the Healthcare practice.
  • Apply your healthcare domain knowledge across various functional areas, such as claims process, contact center operations, and enrollment management.
  • Collaborate with clients to implement Intelligent Automation solutions like Robotic Process Automation (RPA), chatbots, and machine learning to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Analyze client processes to identify automation opportunities and develop comprehensive automation strategies.
  • Lead projects focused on building automation centers of excellence and implementing intelligent automation solutions.
  • Design intelligent automation architecture, defining the purpose and capabilities of the systems deployed.
  • Guide project teams and mentor junior consultants to advance their skills and professional development.
  • Stay current with industry trends and contribute to practice development by authoring whitepapers and case studies.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of five years in client-facing roles within large consulting or healthcare management firms.
  • Proven experience leading advisory services teams in delivering intelligent automation initiatives.
  • Four years of healthcare experience in areas like claims processing, credentialing, or billing.
  • Experience implementing automation projects utilizing technologies such as RPA, OCR, and machine learning.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% based on client needs.
  • Must reside near an Infosys Consulting Hub location.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in process improvement using technologies like Celonis.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and relevant certifications.
  • Estimated annual compensation for candidates in specific regions ranges from $130,000 to $177,000.
