Salary Range: 68.00 - 73.00 | Per Hour

Job Title: ATM Monitoring Engineer

Location: Charlotte, NC/Plano, TX/Richmond, VA
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Client Industry: Banking
Duration: 12 -18 months Contract
Schedule: Monday to Friday

Must Haves:
  • Win & Linux server administration, good understanding of transport layer protocols and security concepts.
  • Customizing, upgrade and integrate ATM monitoring tools.
  • Build automation (Autosys, Power BI, PowerShell scripting)
  • Tools vulnerability remediation
  • MS SQL scripting
  • Communication skills
  • Technical documentation
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Responsibilities:
  • Administer / maintain / support ATM monitoring tools - ESQ, Nixdorf VynamicView.
  • Create & implement monitoring solutions for the ATMs using above-mentioned tools, for availability and performance.
  • Interface with internal ATM teams and/or ATM vendors to resolve ATM outages or periods of reduced performance, in accordance with established policies and procedure.
  • Investigate, determine root cause for ATM monitoring failures, develop timely resolutions.
Compensation

Hourly Rate: 68$-73$ per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
