Job Summary:

The ProgramManagement Office (PMO) Director leads and enhances project execution within Minnetronix' business. This role will be responsible for developing and optimizing program management processes, driving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring successful program delivery from initiation to commercialization.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Project Management Leadership:
  • Establish and lead the Program Management Office (PMO), ensuring best practices in project execution and governance.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of customer and internal projects to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Drive consistency in program management methodologies, tools, and reporting frameworks.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution:
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain) and external stakeholders to facilitate project success.
  • Ensure clear alignment of project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables across all functions.
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring proactive resolution of issues.
Strategic Planning & Business Growth:
  • Partner with senior leadership to align program management strategies with company objectives.
  • Collaborate internally to drive proposal development for opportunities with existing customers
  • Provide strategic insights on resource allocation and capacity planning to support business expansion.
Performance Metrics & Customer Satisfaction:
  • Ensure customer objectives and deliverables are clear and have a clear scope, schedule and budget.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for project success, including on-time delivery, cost control, and quality metrics.
  • Reports all metrics up to Engineering Directors and Account Engagement Directors for review with the customer.
  • Conduct regular program reviews with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence within the program management team.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field (MBA or PMP certification preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, program management, or PMO leadership within the medical device, healthcare, or contract manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects in a regulated environment.
  • Strong understanding of medical device manufacturing processes, regulatory requirements, and supply chain dynamics.
  • Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to drive strategic initiatives and influence decision-making at all levels.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support project execution and stakeholder engagement.

The salary range for this position is: $180,000-$220,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. Beyond base salary, Minnetronix offers a competitive Total Rewards package. We offer health, dental, and vision benefits, 401K plans, and time off programs. You may also be eligible to participate in an annual bonus program which depends on various factors, including, individual and organizational performance
