Tax Senior Manager - Nashville TN

Who: Skilled tax professional with CPA, EA, or equivalent certification and 7+ years in tax leadership roles.

What: Oversee tax compliance, planning, and consulting services, mentoring teams and managing complex returns.

Salary: $130,000 - $170,000 base, plus 10-25% potential bonus.

Position Overview:
The Tax Senior Manager will oversee client relationships, lead diverse projects, and provide high-level advisory in industries like healthcare, finance, real estate, and professional services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects with strong relationship and project management skills.
  • Deliver expert-level tax planning and compliance advice.
  • Mentor and grow tax professionals.
  • Develop business opportunities and maintain client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience.
  • CPA, EA, or equivalent certification required.
  • Strong analytical and client-service mindset.
