Job Title: Cath Lab Technician
Profession: Radiology/Cardiology

Experience: Minimum 1 year in Cath Lab required; IR experience preferred
License: IEMA and AART license for Radiology Technician
Certifications: ACLS, ARRT R, BLS, State licensed, IEMA

Must-Have:
Reliable and proficient with Siemens equipment.
Proficient in MacLab recording system preferred.

Description:
The Cath Lab Technician will be responsible for assisting in cardiac catheterization procedures.
Experience in catheter placement, angioplasty, and stent placement is necessary.
Candidates should be comfortable with central venous access and various cardiac interventions.
Call will start at 15:30, requiring coverage for 7 to 10 days per month, with weekends included.
Proper monitoring and management of sterile fields during procedures are essential.
The role demands adherence to strict protocols and effective teamwork within the lab.
Vectors for specialization include percutaneous coronary interventions and various imaging techniques.
Candidates will interact directly with adult and geriatric patient populations.
Daily census may vary, and flexibility in scheduling is required.
