Full-Time Bilingual Teller (English/Spanish)

As a Front Line Associate (FLA), your role is pivotal in providing exceptional service to our guests. Please note that schedules may require availability on weekends and holidays.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Providing exceptional guest service for a positive customer experience consistent with company standards.
- Efficiently processing money transfer transactions and managing cash register duties.
- Adhering to loss prevention protocols and maintaining compliance with company policies.
- Executing accurate money transfer procedures while ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Managing funds with precision, ensuring daily receipts and records are reconciled correctly.
- Implementing robust security measures to protect company funds and maintain financial integrity.
- Conducting daily reconciliation of money transfers to ensure transparency and accuracy.
- Communicating timely and accurate updates to customers regarding their transactions.
What You Bring:
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Experience with handling financial transactions.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong communication capabilities in both languages.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.

Salary: The hourly rate is $19.00, with potential increases ($0.25 after 30 days and another $0.25 after 90 days of employment).

We value in-person collaboration and believe it fosters innovation and effective teamwork to achieve our goals. This role requires in-person presence due to the nature of the work.
Schedule: Our operational hours are Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM PT and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM PT. The Teller position requires flexibility across a 40-hour work week, with varying days of work.
