The Customer Experience & Field Marketing Specialist plays a crucial role in driving growth and enhancing customer satisfaction for Aramark's Refreshments segment. This position directly supports the District Manager by executing brand initiatives, product activations, and marketing programs in various markets. You will be responsible for managing regional marketing efforts, local promotions, client activations, and product management to ensure profitable growth.

This role serves as a vital link between Aramark's marketing team and field operations, ensuring alignment with company standards while addressing the needs of both the field team and clients.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $44,500 - $78,100. This reflects Aramark's good faith estimate of compensation for this role at the time of posting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in executing marketing programs for Office Coffee Services, Vending, Amenity Snack & Go, and Micromarket accounts, ensuring proper merchandising at client sites.
  • Implement national marketing initiatives while creating local promotional calendars tailored to each client.
  • Work with field teams to roll out new product innovations at existing and new client sites.
  • Oversee internal and external sales initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth.
  • Create engaging social media content to highlight regional activities and promote brand initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development and evaluation of local marketing strategies.
  • Present marketing initiatives and outcomes during client meetings and report on previous initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the District Manager to analyze market trends and drive the sales and profitability of services.
  • Assist in launching new client locations together with the field team.
  • Coordinate marketing responsibilities like signage and planogram implementations for new and existing stores.
  • Manage vendor and distributor interactions to facilitate product assessment and distribution.
  • Support the field team in developing customized solutions for local clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for field inquiries about retail platforms and product programming.
  • Work with various management roles for continuous improvement of our product and programming standards.
  • Support local client meetings and installations for Micromarkets.
  • Coach local route managers and business development managers on marketing initiatives.
  • Manage key projects as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant client marketing experience with a proven record of success.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Adept at synthesizing information into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.
