School Bus and Van Driver with Flexible Schedule

We offer comprehensive, competitive compensation and the flexibility to foster a work-life balance. We are currently hiring in Suffolk County. If you do not yet possess a CDL license, worry not; we provide PAID CDL training to help you get started
What We Offer:
- Flexible Schedule: Enjoy split shifts with both morning and afternoon hours.
- Guaranteed Hours: Work 25-30 hours each week.
- PAID CDL Permit Training to obtain necessary licenses.
- $5000 Sign-on Bonus for fully licensed NY CDL drivers with A, B, or C licenses with P & S endorsements.
- Starting Pay Rate for Van Drivers: $24.37 (Must have CDL A, B or C with P and S Endorsement to qualify).

Job Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a school bus or van to transport students to and from school.
- Monitor traffic, road conditions, and student behavior to ensure a safe environment during transit.
- Stay compliant with all federal, state, and local traffic laws, along with district requirements.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues promptly.
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle when needed.
Job Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience.
- Possess a valid NYS CDL Class A or B with P & S endorsements for buses, or a Class C with P & S endorsements for vans (or willingness to obtain through our free training).
- Non-CDL drivers must hold a valid driver's license and complete CDL permit training.
