About the Senior Account Coordinator role
The Senior Account Coordinator Coordinator is an integral member of the Account Management team, responsible for providing high-level coordination and proactive support across multiple client accounts. This role requires a blend of operational excellence, attention to detail, and growing client management capability. The Senior Account Coordinator acts as a day-to-day contact for some client communications, contributes to strategic discussions, and helps ensure project success through strong coordination and collaboration.
Responsibilities

Manage daily operations for assigned accounts, including coordination of internal and client deliverables.

Collaborate with Group Account Director and marketing to create and execute marketing campaigns.

Serve as a secondary client contact, leading communications for specific projects or workstreams.

Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, timelines, and reports for internal and client use.

Partner with Account Managers and Directors to ensure projects meet strategic, financial, and quality objectives.

Contribute to the development of client presentations, proposals, and performance reports.

Anticipate client needs and provide proactive recommendations or follow-up actions.

Help train and mentor junior Account Coordinators or team interns, sharing best practices and standards.

Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, workflows, and team collaboration.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

2–4 years of experience in project management, or client service preferably within a technology services or consulting company.

Demonstrated ability to communicate directly with clients in a professional and solutions-oriented manner.

Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Working knowledge of marketing processes, digital channels, and project financials.

Intellectually curious and eager learner.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience using Salesforce a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
$60,000 - $80,000
