About the Role

As a Senior Software Engineer specializing in AI Applications at Clarium, you will work with cross-functional teams in engineering, data, and product development to create secure, scalable, and high-performance AI solutions that enhance healthcare supply chain operations through data-driven insights.

What You'll Do

  • Architect and develop robust backend systems that integrate with proprietary LLM APIs.
  • Take ownership of key system components, overseeing backend APIs and AI agent functionalities.
  • Design and implement scalable back-end services utilizing Python and FastAPI.
  • Support infrastructure management efforts using Kubernetes and Terraform.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and customers to ensure product development aligns with real-world healthcare needs.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience as a backend engineer, with a strong foundation in developing AI applications for at least 1 year.
  • Proficient in backend architecture principles and best practices for AI application design.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
  • Solid understanding of various database technologies.
  • Self-motivated with outstanding problem-solving and communication skills.
