Introduction

Join our dynamic team as an Automation Test Engineer where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions. We are looking for a dedicated professional who is passionate about automation testing and eager to contribute to innovative projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

(Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered)
  • Applicants must be able to work directly on W2
  • Automation Testing experience for 7+ years
  • Proven experience in automation testing with Selenium
  • Familiarity with frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Maven, Git)
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC/STLC
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Preferred Skills & Qualifications

(Nice-to-have skills but are not required)
  • Experience with cloud-based testing environments
  • Knowledge of performance testing tools
  • Familiarity with API testing tools
Day-to-Day Responsibilities

(Key tasks and expectations for the role)
  • Design and implement automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver
  • Develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks
  • Create and execute test plans, test cases, and regression suites
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI
  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and report issues using bug tracking tools
  • Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to align testing with project requirements
  • Optimize automation strategies and frameworks for efficiency and coverage
