As a Clinical Operations Director at Sagent Behavioral Health, formally known as Ellie Mental Health, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of the clinic you oversee, ensuring clinicians have the tools and resources to do the job to the best of their ability, and overseeing comprehensive facilities management for the corporate office/clinic location to maintain a safe, functional, and welcoming environment that supports both clinical operations and corporate functions.

- Responsible for ensuring that site-specific targets related to client census, client access, patient satisfaction, and employee satisfaction are met, and that client care is of the highest quality.
- Manage and execute on a budget while forecasting future needs and identifying areas for further development or improvement of services.
- Represent Sagent in external relationships with the community, partnering with marketing and outreach to drive engagement efforts in clinic's surrounding communities.
- Develop (in partnership with leadership) and execute a strategic, multidisciplinary staffing plan to expand Sagent's capacity to meet the needs of the communities it serves by optimizing both the physical space of the clinic as well as the use of telehealth to achieve client access goals.
- Participate in and contribute to weekly clinic director meeting, quarterly MN leadership meetings, and additional meetings and initiatives required for the role.
- Oversee 245i Clinic Supervision and Consultation for clinic locations, including facilitation of a monthly case consultation meeting, 1:1 consultation with staff, and ensuring that all staff attend their monthly requirements.
- Oversee comprehensive facilities management for the corporate office/clinic location, ensuring optimal functionality and safety for both clinical and administrative operations.
- Oversee space planning initiatives and office layout optimization to maximize efficiency and support both clinical privacy requirements and corporate workflow needs.
- Master's degree or higher education in mental health discipline.
- Independently licensed with a Minnesota-issued clinical practice licensed (eg. LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, LP).
- Board approved licensure supervisor (BBHT, BOSW, BMFT, BP).
- 2+ years' experience leading a multi-disciplinary team of therapists.
- Proficient in utilizing computers, typing, and navigating multiple applications/systems simultaneously such as Microsoft Office products, EHR systems, etc.
