Kforce has an enterprise client seeking a Financial Analyst II in Seattle, WA.Summary:The Financial Analyst will be a key partner for Video Advertising and Live events, a high-growth Advertising business. We are looking for a top analytical mind interested in solving ambiguous problems and helping to drive growth of emerging products. The Financial Analyst will closely work with business and finance leaders to develop financial models for both short- and long-term business and financial goals, evaluate new business opportunities, and drive business initiatives for Live Sports/Events in International markets. Additional responsibilities include weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting of financial performance and ad-hoc business analysis support.Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic support to key business initiatives and investments
- Drive insightful deep dives into our business and present your findings to senior leadership
- Create, improve, and maintain financial metrics, reports and scorecards
- Uphold and enforce an environment of ethical practices and strong financial controller ship
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 3-5 years of experience
- Excel experience
- Finance reporting experience
- Financial modeling/budgeting experience
- Deliver results, deep dive, and earns trust
- Best will have the finance or accounting background with a couple of years of experience
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
