Introduction

Join our dynamic team as we embark on an exciting Cloud migration initiative. We are seeking a skilled professional with extensive experience in Genesys contact center solutions to contribute to our innovative projects. This role offers a hybrid work schedule and the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 10 years of development and implementation experience with Genesys contact center solutions (On-premise and Cloud).
  • Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Genesys software and hardware components.
  • Strong experience with Genesys Framework, including IVR development, scripting, routing strategy, and reporting.
  • Proficiency with programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript.
  • Experience coordinating with tech partners and product vendors.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with NICE, Virtual Hold, and cloud computing (AWS, Azure).
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with Genesys Cloud implementation and application rehost.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Deliver specific workstreams in the Cloud migration initiative.
  • Coordinate with LOB and Ops stakeholders.
  • Utilize Genesys Cloud APIs, SDKs, and tools to build integrations and extensions.
  • Arrange and write design documents.
