Job Title: Founding Engineer
Location: San Francisco, CA
Employment Type: Direct Hire

Salary - $160K-$250K+ Benefits

Summary
Join as a founding engineer building core product features, from infrastructure to UI. You'll work across the full stack and be deeply involved in shaping product, architecture, and team culture.

Responsibilities

  • Build features using GoLang, TypeScript, React, Next.js
  • Own full-stack initiatives from design to deploy
  • Talk to users, track usage, and iterate quickly
  • Help define product roadmap and technical direction
  • Solve infrastructure-scale and AI-related challenges

Must Have
  • 2+ years software engineering experience
  • Full-stack proficiency: GoLang, React/Next.js, TypeScript
  • Track record of end-to-end feature ownership in production environments
  • Startup or fast-paced team experience
  • Willingness to work onsite in SF, 6 days/week

Preferred Qualifications
• Background at top engineering orgs (e.g., Google, Microsoft, YC startups)
• Experience with RAG systems, Redis, or agent architectures
• Built AI-native or developer productivity tools
• 0-to-1 startup experience or co-founding experience
