This is your chance to lead a division, build a book of business, and manage a team underneath you, all while placing high-impact talent across Sales, Ops, Finance, and Executive Leadership roles.
What You'll Do:
- Own a vertical and drive full-cycle recruiting within your niche
- Leverage your industry relationships to engage decision-makers and top candidates
- Run searches for manufacturing, distribution, and PE-backed clients across North America
- Build and mentor your own recruiting team
- Represent top talent at the highest level and close high-value placements
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of success in agency recruiting, B2B sales, or quota-carrying roles
- Industry relationships in one or more of the verticals listed above
- Consultative mindset with the ability to influence and lead conversations
- Drive to earn uncapped income and take full ownership of your market
