Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with top-notch service and support to enhance their experience with our company. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to customer inquiries via various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactori
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service role or similar environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to think critically.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Salary range: $17.00 - $27.00 per hour, based on experience.
