Director of Enterprise Services Risk Management

We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our team as the Director of Enterprise Services Risk Management within the Enterprise Services Business Risk Office. This team provides vital risk management support across various business lines, including Brand, Enterprise Supplier Management, Enterprise Products & Experience (EPX), Software, External Affairs, eData, Global Workplace Solutions, Emerging Payments, Ventures, and Tech.
As a Director, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our third-party risk management processes and driving project delivery in a dynamic environment committed to innovation and integrity. Your expertise will ensure critical business strategies are supported while navigating the complexities of a highly regulated landscape.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Building successful relationships within Enterprise Services Management (ESM) to gauge the impact of technology risk on key business processes.
- Conducting comprehensive risk reviews, including Risk Control and Self-Assessments (RCSAs) and Process Level Assessments (PLA), and advising on risk mitigation activities.
- Influencing leaders across ESM, Compliance, Cyber Security, internal audit, and more on technology risks and required actions.
- Reporting risk metrics to executives through regular reviews.
- Performing deep-dive investigations and implementing specific risk initiatives to enhance control suite effectiveness.
- Design and support internal governance processes related to risk and control.
- Continually enhancing risk programs, aligning with industry standards and best practices.
- Implementing innovative ideas within the Enterprise Services Risk organization.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience.
- A minimum of 10 years in Risk Management.
- 10 years of People Management experience.
- 10 years in project or process management, including Cloud risk management.
- 10 years of experience in client interaction and consulting with senior executives.
- 4 years of experience in cross-functional team collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of experience in project management and agile delivery.
- Expertise in managing senior stakeholders across multiple business functions.
- Strong background in strategy development, ideally within financial services or technology.
- Proficiency in crafting communications and presentations for leadership.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills that enable effective prioritization.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a passion for collaboration.
- Experience in consulting with a Big 4 firm is a plus.
