Integrated Global Services (IGS) is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Equipment Specialist to support our field operations by maintaining, preparing, and organizing critical industrial equipment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and package equipment for safe transport via trucks, crates, or containers
  • Perform routine maintenance and minor mechanical repairs on tools and machinery
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance logs and inventory records
  • Monitor the visual and operational condition of all gear-including cleaning, painting, and refurbishing as needed
  • Track equipment in and out of inventory before and after projects
  • Coordinate closely with the Equipment Foreman to ensure all items are operational, compliant, and available on schedule
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
  • Assist with warehouse organization, cleanup, and material handling tasks
  • Support other warehouse teams with loading/unloading, staging, and material preparation
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of mechanical systems and basic troubleshooting
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous experience in an industrial warehouse or equipment maintenance role preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude and experience using basic hand and power tools
  • Familiarity with inventory systems and maintenance tracking (preferred but not required)
  • Forklift certification is a plus-or willingness to be certified
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Safety-first mindset with a positive, team-focused attitude
  • Must be able to wear a full-face respirator for extended periods and pass all required fit testing and medical evaluations
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable means of transportation
