We're on the lookout for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer/Architect to join our high-performing, fully remote engineering team. This role is perfect for someone who excels at solving complex problems and leading technical initiatives across product and data domains.

In this position, you'll take ownership of crucial projects that include customer-facing applications, backend systems, and large-scale data workflows. You will closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions, guide engineering execution, and uphold best practices across the stack.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and build robust GraphQL and REST APIs, and scalable backend services, catering to both internal and external needs.
• Own features across product and data domains, leading full-stack web development projects, systems architecture, and data integration initiatives.
• Develop data pipelines and ETL processes to transform and deliver structured and semi-structured data efficiently.
• Create or integrate internal tools and admin interfaces for data stewardship, quality, and operational workflows.
• Support data-driven features in existing applications and collaborate with stakeholders to incorporate insights into product experiences.
• Design technical solutions that enable large-scale growth, maintainability, and availability of applications.
• Provide technical leadership on complex engineering projects that span multiple teams and systems.
• Explore and integrate new technologies to address business and platform challenges.
• Work closely with Product and Data stakeholders to convert business requirements into scalable engineering solutions.
• Foster engineering excellence through code quality, performance tuning, testing best practices, and comprehensive architecture documentation.

Your Qualifications:

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on full-stack and backend development.
• Expertise in React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Proven experience in designing, building, and scaling APIs (GraphQL and REST) in production environments.
• Strong data modeling and database design skills, preferably with PostgreSQL.
• Experience with modern monorepo setups and modular architectures.
• Comfortable building, supporting, and integrating production-grade ETL/data pipelines.
• Experience with data processing logic within custom applications using Node.js, Python, or SQL, focused on performance and scalability.
• Familiarity with modern data tools like AWS Glue, Snowflake, Apache Airflow, Databricks, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), CI/CD workflows, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks.
• Deep understanding of software architecture principles such as SOLID, DDD, and DRY.
• Experience with both new and legacy systems.
