WE Transport is hiring for positions in Suffolk County, Long Island. We offer PAID CDL training for those who do not have a CDL license.

What We Offer:

  • Flexible Schedule: Enjoy split-shift schedules with morning and afternoon shifts.
  • Guaranteed Hours: Work between 25-30 hours per week.
  • PAID CDL Permit Training for aspiring drivers.
  • $5000 Sign-on Bonus for fully licensed NY CDL drivers with A, B, or C licenses with P & S endorsements.
  • Starting Pay Rate for Van Drivers: $24.37 (Must have CDL A, B or C with P and S Endorsement to qualify).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport students to and from school on a bus or van.
  • Monitor traffic, road conditions, and student behavior while driving.
  • Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues.
  • Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle when needed.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 21 years old with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience.
  • Possess a valid NYS CDL Class A or B with P & S endorsements for buses, or a Class C with P & S endorsements for vans. Willingness to obtain through our training is required for non-CDL drivers.
