As a Freight Operations Leader, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fun environment that strives for excellence in service delivery.

Your Impact:

In this pivotal role, you will guide a team dedicated to ensuring that all deliveries are timely and complete. Your leadership will involve strategizing and executing plans to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly operational goals.

You will closely collaborate with senior management to drive operational excellence within the facility. Your contributions will directly influence our performance metrics relating to productivity, accuracy, and budget adherence. You will play a crucial role in optimizing processes and be involved in the hiring, training, and mentoring of team members.

Safety is paramount in our operations. You will be entrusted with the responsibility of maintaining safe work practices and promoting a robust safety culture among your team.

  • Understanding of transportation processes and technology to enhance efficiency.

  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Basic proficiency in English for effective communication.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 3+ years of experience in transportation or logistics.
  • Valid driver’s license with a proven safe driving record.
  • Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening.
  • Capability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds by hand.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
