We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist & Coordinator to enhance our growing People Team. This role is essential to delivering an exceptional candidate and employee experience through effective recruiting and key HR processes.

As part of your daily responsibilities, you will focus on coordinating interviews, managing communications with candidates, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. You will also assist with onboarding, documentation, and maintaining accurate data across our systems.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and eager to advance their career in People Operations or Talent Acquisition within a rapidly growing healthcare tech company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring clear communication and an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline interview logistics and candidate follow-ups.
  • Keep our applicant tracking system updated by posting job openings, tracking candidates' progress, and maintaining clean data.
  • Communicate promptly and professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics and assist in preparing reports on hiring progress.

People Operations Support

  • Facilitate new hire onboarding by ensuring all documentation, system access, and compliance needs are accurately completed.
  • Maintain employee data within HR systems.
  • Assist with HR projects and monitor compliance tracking for employees.
  • Manage digital filing and recordkeeping for employee documentation.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the efficiency of our People operations.

The Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; a minimum of 12 years in recruiting coordination, HR administration, or a related operations role within a tech company.
  • Proficient with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever) and familiar with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to professionally interact with candidates, employees, and leaders.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Process-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn; comfortable navigating ambiguity and improving workflows as we scale.
