We are seeking an experienced Event Project Manager to primarily manage our financial clients. The role involves leading event design from conception to execution and building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities- Cultivate and manage client relationships from inception through post?event reconciliation.
- Coordinate all aspects of events and special projects, including concepts, design, logistics, and execution.
- Prepare and manage client?facing documentation such as concept notes, estimates, presentations, and timelines.
- Manage the event budget, track expenses, and handle financial reconciliation.
- Respond to new client inquiries and collaborate with company leadership.
Annual base salary range: $125,000 to $150,000, based on experience and qualifications.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of event production experience.
- Proficiency with Office tools, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Passion for events with a creative, detail?oriented approach.
- Excellent client service and relationship management skills.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization of multiple large?scale projects.
- Budget creation and management skills.
- Superior verbal and written communication.
- High ethical standards, discretion and professionalism.
- Flexibility to work long hours and travel as needed.
- Previous experience with an event production company or related field, working with corporate clients.
- Proven leadership in autonomously managing events.
- Background in hospitality, event design, floral design, interior or architectural design, or theater set design (plus).
- Demonstrated creative vision.
- Experience supervising junior staff or outside team members.
- Bachelors degree from a four?year college or university.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, PowerPoint, Adobe Suite, and other presentation programs (plus).
