Senior Analyst, Strategic Analytics and Finance

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical professional to join our team as a Senior Analyst in Strategic Analytics and Finance. This position offers the opportunity to drive impactful decisions through data analysis and collaboration across various departments.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive historical data analysis to generate actionable insights that guide strategic decision-making.
- Perform quantitative analyses, including ROI assessments and scenario planning, to identify business opportunities.
- Create detailed forecasting models to evaluate business impact and budget considerations.
- Establish a regular financial reporting cadence, monitoring key metrics, and producing reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and support various initiatives.
- Provide ad hoc analytical support for projects related to Host Services.
- 3+ years of relevant industry experience with a Bachelors degree in a quantitative field such as finance, economics, or data science.
- Strong background in strategic finance, business analytics, or investment banking, preferably within a marketplace setting.
- Proficiency in modeling techniques and handling large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
- Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools to effectively communicate complex information.
- Exceptional business acumen, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills.
- Experience in driving change and making an impact in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented atmosphere, maintaining a positive and solution-focused attitude.
- Strong capability to influence and work cross-functionally across various departments.
