As an In-Store Merchandising Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing merchandising support to retailers, tailoring the shopping experience to meet customer needs. This involves:

  • Creating and setting up attractive displays and end caps
  • Resetting shelves for optimal product rotation
  • Monitoring inventory to maximize sales opportunities for stores and suppliers

About you:

  • You enjoy interacting with customers and management in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
  • You are 18 years or older
  • Comfortable performing physical work, including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • You have reliable transportation to and from work
  • You possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • You are a motivated self-starter with a focus on action and results
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a team environment
  • You prioritize safety in the retail environment
