What You Will Do:
  • Lead and manage work migration activities within the Oil and Gas industry.
  • Develop and implement flow charts to map business and work processes.
  • Lead discussions with customer to understand requirements and map out supporting documentations
  • Get appropriate alignment and approval from customers
  • Interface with India execution team to understand execution plan and communicate with customer stakeholders
  • Standardize work processes by utilizing industry best practices.
  • Coordinate work activities to align with business expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Visio to support project documentation and communication.
  • Apply strong business acumen to understand and align project goals with business objectives.
Required Skills and Experience

Skills & Tools:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong business acumen
  • Experience with SharePoint
  • Proficiency in Visio for creating detailed flow charts
What You Will Bring:
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Engineering.
  • Upto 5 years of relevant experience in the Oil and Gas industry (Good to have field experience in a Refinery or Upstream production plant).
  • Proven track record in mechanical integrity and/or Instrumentation & Controls.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in project management or a related field.
  • Experience with other project management tools and software.
Work Experience

Pay Range: $60K to $75K

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirements:

This role is considered an on-site position located in Houston, TX

You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
