Position Overview: General Laborer / Warehouse Associate (1st Shift)
Join a dynamic and established packaging company as a General Laborer/Warehouse Associate. This hands-on position supports various production and warehouse functions, including packing, material handling, and assisting on multiple production lines. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are seeking a long-term opportunity with union benefits.

Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect incoming materials.
  • Use pallet jacks to stage materials and support production lines.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipping.
  • Assist operators on lamination, folding/gluing, and die press machines.
  • Feed materials into machines and stack finished boxes.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Requirements:
  • Comfortable lifting 30-40 lbs and working in varying temperatures.
  • Reliable, honest, and able to work independently.
  • Effective communicator and team player.
  • Not attached to a cellphone during work hours.
  • Able to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
  • Must be okay with joining the Teamsters Union (dues required).
Schedule & Compensation:
  • Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Pay: $16 per hour
  • Temp-to-hire opportunity
