Leading residential developer in Charlotte looking to add a Senior Analyst or Associate to their development team.
Job Description
Newly created Sr Analyst or Associate level development role with a leading residential developer in Charlotte. This is a hands-on, high-impact role designed for someone with 2-5 years of experience who's eager to learn the full development lifecycle and grow into a Development Manager position.
- Support the analysis and evaluation of real estate development opportunities.
- Prepare financial models and conduct market research to inform decision-making.
- Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project success.
- Contribute to the preparation of presentations and reports for stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends and provide insights to support strategic planning.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for ongoing projects.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss progress and identify solutions for challenges.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Development Analyst / Associate should have:
- A background in real estate, finance, or a related field with 2-5 years of experience
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the Carolinas residential market(s) a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and market analysis.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
- Competitive salary in the range of $90000-$120000 USD depending on experience.
