Our client is looking for ERP Program Manager located in Metro Detroit

About the Role

The IT Program Manager will oversee a portfolio of technology projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This includes managing ERP-related initiatives, eCommerce enhancements, warehouse technology upgrades, and process automation. The right candidate will bring strong leadership, deep knowledge of business systems, and the ability to align IT strategy with business goals.

What You ll Do
  • Direct multiple projects simultaneously, from planning and execution to delivery.
  • Develop detailed project plans, manage resources, and monitor budgets.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify needs and design technology solutions.
  • Lead system integrations and oversee ERP enhancements.
  • Strengthen IT governance, compliance, and project management processes.
  • Report regularly on progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.
  • Champion a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
What We re Looking For
  • Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master s preferred).
  • 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ in program/project management.
  • Background in manufacturing, supply chain, or distribution industries strongly preferred.
  • ERP implementation and integration experience (Epicor Prophet 21 or similar highly valued).
  • Experience leading eCommerce and warehouse technology projects.
  • Strong understanding of IT governance, compliance, and PMO practices.
  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
