Join Our Team We are excited to welcome entry-level Behavior Support Technicians to our team

Compensation: $19.25- $23.00 per hour - Full time, Part time

Education Requirements: Candidates must meet one of the following:

  • High School Diploma with at least one completed college course
  • High School Diploma and currently enrolled in college
  • Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree

What We Seek:

  • Passion for working with children
  • Previous experience with children is preferred
  • Availability from 7:30am - 3:30pm
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
  • Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, auto registration, and auto insurance
  • Immunization records and TB test results required
  • Background check will be conducted

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to walk, stand, kneel, crouch, crawl, and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Engagement in activities with children in various settings
  • Maintain a safe environment for children
  • Ability to react swiftly and strategically as needed
  • Sustained physical activity may be required for up to 45 minutes
