Are you a highly motivated Site Reliability Engineer Manager looking to enter a rapidly growing environment? We are looking for senior software engineers to join our Site Reliability Engineering team to provide tooling & guidance to our customer's product engineers to ensure productivity & success. The SRE team is responsible for servicing our customer's end users & act as a multiplier to product teams enterprise wide to deliver better results faster. As an SRE, you will be building backend services & working with Automation to enhance the product teams overall success. This role will be on site in Downtown Boston 3 days a week.

The company operates with a hybrid model, with 3 days onsite in their office in Boston's Financial District. $192K/yr - $288K/yr

Successfully led and delivered security infrastructure projects spanning multiple quarters and involving input from multiple external stakeholders.
Experience coaching and growing Site Reliability Engineers.
Experience developing and rolling out engineering-wide processes.
