As an Automotive Alignment Specialist at Belle Tire, you play a crucial role in ensuring our customers stay on the road by providing top-notch automotive repairs. Key Responsibilities

  • Execute wheel alignments, steering and suspension repairs, oil changes, and various routine services.
  • Guarantee that all work adheres to Belle Tire's high-quality and safety standards.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by surpassing customer expectations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Perform additional duties as directed by your manager.

Qualifications We're Seeking

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • State of Michigan Mechanic Certification (Applicable in Michigan Only).
  • A minimum of 1 year of vehicle alignment experience.
  • A strong customer-first mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • ASE Certifications.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand for extended periods, bend, and lift up to 75 pounds.

Work Environment

This position is based within a tire and automotive service retail store. Expect varying work hours from Monday through Saturday, along with potential overtime. Be prepared for a fast-paced workshop setting that includes physical demands, such as prolonged standing and heavy lifting.

Compensation

Annual salary ranges from $50,000 to $65,000.
