Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Help create and maintain a comprehensive overview of the system and its functionality, by preparing detailed business and technical documentation.
  • nalyze complex business processes and present them in an understandable and logical format.
  • Develop detailed requirements documentation including user stories, use cases, design specifications, business process and data flows and success criteria.
  • Be a product expert and assist the product owner with backlog maintenance and refinement, including creating user stories, clarifying defects, detailing acceptance criteria, and data definitions.
  • Participate and help facilitate sessions for planning program increments, sprints, refinements, and other Agile ceremonies.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, assist with validating defect remediation, and work with Treasury end-users towards resolution or workarounds.
  • Work in a hybrid capacity to actively participate in meetings with operational staff, Treasury end users and developers to achieve agreement on requirements.
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to multitask, manage time and conflicting priorities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience.
  • 5+ years' relevant experience performing Business Systems Analyst activities.
  • Strong communication skills including written, verbal, negotiation, and presentation skills for a hybrid workforce.
  • Discipline to operate independently and thrive in ambiguity with a generalist mindset.
  • Experience conducting requirements analysis, meeting with business owners, performing current state system analysis mapping, and design.
  • Curiosity and love solving problems using your creative and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum iterative product development.
  • Experience with testing applications including functional, user acceptance, system and integration, accessibility testing.
  • Experience using Confluence and JIRA.
  • Experience with OneStream application a plus.
